Carriage within England, Wales, Northern Island and Scotland (no further north than Glasgow / Edinburgh) is charged at £15 per bike. All bikes delivered this
way are covered by our one year no quibble (excluding punctures)
warranty. Any spares will be posted to you free of charge and
technical assistance is always available. We only use reputable courier companies and your new bike should reach you in perfect condition. However, if your bike does not arrive in a satisfactory condition or if you have a query about your order, please email us or telephone us on +44 (0)24 7630 3228 at the soonest opportunity.
We can also deliver pedal bikes (not electric as these exceed Royal
mails 20KG weight limit) via Royal Mail parcel service to Higher
Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man for a £5 suppliment so delivery is £20. Please email us or telephone us on +44 (0)24 7630 3228 if you require delivery to these areas and you can pay over the telephone. We do not arrange delivery to the ROI, the Channel Islands
or any other E.E.C. country. If you reside in these areas you are welcome
to arrange your own courier and we will package the bike well for
collection. The bikes then carry a one year parts and technical
assistance warranty. If the bike needs to be returned to us, this is at your own
expense as is the return collection.
All of the prices displayed on this website include VAT at the current rate. We charge this in with the price irrespective of where we ship
any products. If you have forms for us to sign to help you re-coup this
VAT we are happy to sign them or provide detailed invoices.
We are confident that you will be even more pleased with your purchase once you see your new bike in the flesh. If for any reason after purchase you decide that the bike is not for you, you may return the bike in perfect, unused condition at your own expense within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price paid. Please email or telephone us for details of return carriage.
We offer a 12 month warranty covering all parts on your new bike, including the forks. After the first 3 months this guarantee is subject to wear and tear. Bicycle frames are guaranteed for a longer period of 2 years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of faulty parts or breakage during transport, replacement parts will be sent to you at our expense. All of our bicycles include a free pre-delivery inspection from us, to minimise the risk of problems and ensure that all bikes are shipped in a perfect condition. We will not pay other companies labour to fit any replacement parts but are always pleased to give technical advice on how to approach any remedial work. If you would prefer us to carry out any work, this can be done free of charge if you return the bike to our home base at your own expense. We will then carry out any necessary repairs and return to you at no cost. The only exclusion to your warranty is punctures, which we cannot be held responsible for.
After your warranty period expires, we have a very comprehensive spares stock at extremely competitive prices, which will cover your every need. We are very proud of our after sales service and are more than happy to give any technical advice you may need at any time in the future! We think you will find our ongoing customer service helpful and friendly. If we can impress you, we may be able to look forward to further sales to your friends and relatives. We may be ultra competitive on price but would like to think our after sales service is as good as, if not better than, any folding bicycle manufacture in the marketplace. As with all our warranties if you are on holiday abroad we will happily post spares to where you are and offer technical assistance if required.E mail is probably best used for this service to save confusion with messages and addresses.
