I had trouble with my electrobike which I bought from asbikes over two and a half years ago, I sent them an email to ask what the trouble could be as it just did not want to go, They told me what to try but that did not work so I was told if I took the bike to them they would have a look at it for me. when I arrived there they were as busy as heck but still the boss and his daughter got down to work on it strait away,30minutes later I had another battery and new twist grip and back up running like new. all I can say is that their service is second to none, I have used the bike now every day since buying it, all I can say is BRILLIANT!!!!! and wonderful service WELL DONE
